Bob is married to his high school sweetheart, Pam. Together, they have raised 3 children: Daniel, Kelly and Lauren, all of which attended Virginia Beach Public Schools and went on to seek higher education at various universities within the state of Virginia.

He has been a resident of Hampton Roads for over 30 years and along the way has become involved with Boy Scouts of America and various charities to include CHKD, The Wounded Warrior Project, Homes for Our Troops, Relay for Life, Hope House, Habitat for Humanity and others. When he can find down time, Bob enjoys time with his family, fishing, hunting, ATVs, flying stunt kites, and watching the NFL and NASCAR racing.
