When the Market favors the buyer and lenders are filing bankruptcy, it is difficult at best in such times to find and agent who has a market plan and who will work tirelessly to sell a home.

Mr. Charlie Laurens, an agent with your firm is one agent with a sensible and intelligent market plan and was able to sell my Chesapeake home on twelve acres of land. We considered many other agents but in the end selected Charlie based on his presentation and market plan.

Charlie has a very positive attitude toward selling real estate. He is a “self starter” and set his marketing plan to work immediately. He is mission oriented and methodical in his approach to home selling and worked with us in a program to maximize exposure of our property on the MLS, Perfecthouse.com and in the Real Estate Book until it was sold. His market plan included contacting all persons who had investments in horses so the vets, horse boarding farms and horse owners were aware that our property was for sale.

Most importantly, Charlie does what he says he will do. He stays in contact with us by telephone, mail and email keeping us informed on his efforts to market our property.

It is with great pleasure I write to you regarding the outstanding sales service we received from your organization and one of your agents, Charlie Laurens. Last Spring I decided to start preparing my Virginia Beach townhouse for sale in 1998. The townhouse was a rental unit being managed by Rose & Womble at the time. The management people put me in touch with Charlie. Charlie was enthusiastic, forthright, and honest in telling me what needed to be done and what the market was doing. He was unfazed by the fact the property was a year from being on the market.. Because of Charlie's honesty and enthusiasm and his professional experience with the contracting world, I feel I received first class service at reasonable prices in preparing the property.
